Group Healing / Ceremonial Gatherings
There is nothing more powerful than the gathering of like-hearted people. We connect with our hearts and do healing circles, doing rituals, new moon/full moon circles, breathwork, dance, and meditation to clear our chakras, connect with our bodies and tap into our intuition. Plant Medicine Integration and Coaching
I will help you integrate your experience with plant medicine, particularly Ayahuasca. After sitting with the medicine myself multiple times over the last few years and volunteering in over 20 ceremonies, I found it is integral to have guidance before, during, and especially after ceremonies. I will walk you through practices that will help you go through your integration process not feeling overwhelmed, but empowered.
